Invite, Manage, and Control Access for Every Team Member

Lodos Collaborators makes it easy to bring team members into your workspace with the right permissions — and remove access instantly when they leave.

Team access management is unglamorous but critical. When a new developer joins, they need the right access to the right tools immediately — not a week of waiting for IT. When a contractor finishes their engagement, their access should be revoked that same day. Lodos Collaborators makes both effortless.

Inviting Team Members

Invite anyone to a workspace with a single email address. They receive an invitation link, create a Lodos account (or sign in if they have one), and immediately have access to all the tools in that workspace. The entire process takes under a minute.

Invitations can be sent with a role pre-assigned:

  • Admin — full workspace access including member management and billing
  • Member — access to all workspace tools, cannot manage other members
  • Viewer — read-only access, cannot create or edit content

Acceptance and Rejection Workflow

Pending invitations are visible in the Collaborators dashboard. Invited users can accept or decline. Admins can resend invitations, cancel pending ones, or revoke active access. The current state of every team member's access is always visible in one place.

Project-Level Access

For organizations with multiple workspaces, collaborator access is scoped to the workspace it was granted for. A client added to Project A cannot see Project B. A contractor added for a specific engagement only has access to the workspace relevant to their work.

The Cost of Bad Access Management

According to security audits, the average company has 2–4 former employees or contractors with active access to internal tools months after they leave. In a platform with a single access management view like Lodos, this is immediately visible and correctable. In a stack of 8 different tools, it typically isn't discovered until a security review.
