Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lodos.io ("the Service"), provided by Loopcode Softwares ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lodos.io is an all-in-one workspace platform that provides integrated tools including but not limited to project management, communication, file storage, AI-powered analytics, video conferencing, and development tools. The Service is available via web browser, desktop applications (macOS, Windows, Linux), and mobile applications (iOS, Android).

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• AI credit purchases are non-refundable once used.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loopcode Softwares and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. AI-Powered Features

Certain modules (Data Analyst, Antivirus, Web Analyzer, Fashion TryOn) use AI technology. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content.
• AI features consume credits from your account.
• We may improve AI models, which could change output quality.

9. Database Connections (Data Analyst)

When using the Data Analyst module, you may connect external databases. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization to access connected databases.
• We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from your database connections.
• Connection credentials are stored securely and encrypted at rest.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loopcode Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
