This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund processes for subscription plans and token packs purchased through the Lodos platform (lodos.io and the Lodos applications). The Platform is operated by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Loopcode"), and Loopcode is the seller.
The purchased products are digital content and are performed instantly upon payment confirmation. Therefore there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The refund cases below are Loopcode’s own policy.
Entirely unused token packs: If none of the pack’s tokens have been spent, the Buyer may request a refund. To do so, the Buyer must write to info@loopcode.co within 14 days of the purchase date. If the refund is approved, the pack price is refunded in full. The tokens loaded with the pack (including the bonus) are deducted from the wallet.
Partially or fully used packs are not refundable. Tokens in the wallet are spent in the order of soonest expiry. Subscription period tokens may therefore be spent before pack tokens. Among packs, the pack purchased first is used first.
The wallet is shared with other Loopcode products built on the Lodos infrastructure (for example Yeşilçam Studios). Whether a pack has been used is determined from the wallet records, regardless of the product in which the tokens were spent.
Validity: Purchased token packs are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Unused tokens of an expired pack are removed from the wallet. No refund is made for expired tokens. The Buyer is notified by email at least 7 days before expiry.
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time. To do so, the Buyer can use the plan screen in the app or write to info@loopcode.co. Cancellation stops the next renewal payment. Plan benefits and the period’s tokens remain available until the end of the current period. At the end of the period, the account moves to the free Standard plan. Token packs already purchased are not affected by this change.
The fee for a subscription period that has started is not refunded. This applies both to a partial refund for the remaining portion of the period and to a full refund. If a renewal payment was made without the Buyer’s knowledge, a refund request is considered. For this, the request must be submitted within 14 days of the renewal and none of the period’s tokens may have been used.
When the Buyer moves to a higher plan, they get immediate access to the new plan’s benefits and tokens. A request to move to the free Standard plan constitutes cancellation of the subscription and takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then the current plan, its benefits and the period’s tokens remain available, and the Buyer may withdraw the request before the end of the period. A move to another paid plan starts immediately upon payment for the new plan. In plan changes, the fee for the paid period is not refunded.
Tokens for paid operations that could not be completed for a reason attributable to Loopcode or its providers are refunded to the Buyer’s wallet when the operation concludes. If the failure is caused by the Buyer’s input, tokens may not be refunded (unsupported file, prompt violating policy, etc.). This is shown in the operation result.
If an automatic refund did not occur, the Buyer may write to info@loopcode.co. The request must state the date of the operation and the module concerned. Requests are resolved within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are made to the card used by the Buyer at the time of payment. The refund is made through the iyzico infrastructure within 14 days at the latest. The time for the amount to appear on the card may vary depending on the bank’s processes. Refunds are not made in cash or to a different payment instrument.
Force majeure cases are situations beyond the parties’ control. Examples are natural disasters, war, general network outages, and large-scale service outages of infrastructure or AI providers. In these cases Loopcode cannot be held liable for the temporary non-performance of the service. Tokens not spent during this period remain in the wallet. Subscription periods may be extended by the duration of the outage.
For cancellation and refund requests you can write to info@loopcode.co. Write from your account e-mail and include your order details (date, product, amount).
