Annual cost for a 10-person team
On annual billing, Pro comes to $870 a year. Business+ comes to $1,800 a year. The difference is $930 a year.
For a 50-person team, that same gap grows to $4,650 a year. At that point it's worth asking, item by item, what the plan actually delivers.
There's usually just one reason to upgrade
Most teams don't move to Business+ for a new chat feature. The reasons cluster on the management and compliance side.

Let's be clear: Slack's enterprise management and compliance layer is more mature than Lodos's. For an organization with strict audit-log, data-retention, and identity-management requirements, Slack Business+ remains the right choice.
Where the comparison is meaningful is small and mid-sized teams paying for three or four more tools on top of Slack.
