Notion Plus costs $10 per member per month, and Business costs $20 per member per month. Those are monthly-billing figures. Switch to annual billing and, according to Notion's own page, you get up to 20% off.

The most common mistake in comparison articles is mixing monthly and annual figures. Most content quotes a number without saying which billing period it belongs to - and for a 10-person team the gap adds up to hundreds of dollars a year.
The math for a 10-person team
On monthly billing, Plus costs $100 a month for 10 people - $1,200 a year. Switch to annual billing and that drops to roughly $960. That's $240 a year kept without changing a single tool.
Moving to annual billing is a much faster savings lever than shopping for alternatives. Starting an alternatives search before doing it puts the steps in the wrong order.
Where Notion is genuinely strong
Let's be frank: Notion's database model is deep, and most alternatives simply don't match it. Relational databases, formulas, filtered views, and the template system represent a serious investment.
If your team has built real Notion databases, migrating becomes a project - not an afternoon's work. In that case the right call is often to stay on Notion.
A setup where documents live next to the work
In Lodos, Notebook covers structured note-taking with folder organization and sharing. It's one of 30 modules, included in every plan - the free one too.
What makes the difference is integration depth. Meeting notes flow from MeMeet into Notebook automatically. Tasks that come out of notes go straight to the task board. A file shared in chat lands in Lodrive. No connectors to wire up, no exports to run.
Notebook's database depth is not at Notion's level, and we don't claim it is. If the comparison is drawn around a single module, Notion wins. But if you're also paying for Slack, Zoom, and a task tool on top of Notion, the thing to compare is that combined total.
