Preliminary Information Form

Version 1 · Published: 13.10.2026

The binding version of this document is Turkish; this English text is provided for information.

1. Seller Information

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Its purpose is to inform the Buyer before they complete a subscription or token pack purchase.

Lodos (website: lodos.io) is an all-in-one workspace platform offered through web browsers and desktop and mobile applications (hereinafter "Lodos" or the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. ("Loopcode" or the "Seller"), whose identity and contact details are given below.

Seller details are as follows:

  • Legal name: Loopcode Bilişim Yazılım Mühendislik Eğitim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.
  • Address: Yavuz Sultan Selim Mah. Dr. Sadık Ahmet Cad. No:24 İç Kapı No:1, Fatih/İstanbul, Türkiye
  • MERSIS No: 0609 0927 8100 0001
  • Trade Registry No / Registry Office: 189875-5 (İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü)
  • Tax Office and Tax ID (VKN): Fatih Vergi Dairesi, VKN: 6090927810
  • Support e-mail: info@loopcode.co
  • Website: lodos.io

2. Main Characteristics of the Service

The service subject to this form is digital content purchased by the Buyer through the Platform. This content is used in the Platform’s modules:

  • Subscription plan (Basic, Pro): A time-based membership. It is billed monthly or, where offered, annually according to the selected plan. At the start of each period it credits the plan’s tokens and provides plan benefits (e.g. storage, workspace and project limits, plan discount on operation costs). On annual plans, tokens are credited in monthly instalments. It renews automatically until cancelled. The free Standard plan is not subject to sale.
  • Token pack: A one-time purchase. It contains a fixed amount of tokens (including any pack bonus). It is credited to the Buyer’s token wallet immediately upon payment approval. Pack tokens are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

The token cost of paid operations is published on the lodos.io/token page and, in modules where it is offered, shown on the Platform before the operation is started. The token cost of an operation may vary depending on the Buyer’s plan. Tokens can only be used within Loopcode products. They cannot be converted to cash or transferred to third parties.

The Buyer’s Lodos account uses the same token wallet in other Loopcode products built on the Lodos infrastructure (for example Yeşilçam Studios). Purchased tokens may also be spent in those products and are subject to the validity rules in this form.

Validity: Tokens credited with a subscription plan are valid only within the relevant period and do not carry over. Purchased token packs are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. They are not affected by subscription renewals or plan changes. At the end of this period, unused tokens are removed from the wallet and no refund is made for them. The Buyer is notified by email at least 7 days before expiry. Tokens whose validity ends soonest are spent first.

3. Total Price

Plan and pack prices are shown to the Buyer at checkout. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TL/TRY) for the Türkiye market and in US Dollars (USD) for other markets.

The token pack price may vary depending on the Buyer’s plan at the time of purchase (free plan and paid plan prices). The price that applies to the Buyer is shown on the payment screen.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied at the applicable rate (general rate 20%). Displayed prices include VAT.

No separate service or transaction fee is charged to the Buyer in addition to the plan or pack price.

The total amount payable by the Buyer, including taxes, is clearly shown as a single line on the payment screen before payment confirmation. By confirming the payment, the Buyer agrees to pay this amount.

The e-Archive invoice for the sale is issued by Loopcode within the period required by law (7 days) and sent to the e-mail address declared by the Buyer.

4. Payment and Performance

Payments are collected through the iyzico payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification. The Buyer’s card details are transmitted to iyzico to process the payment and are not stored by Loopcode. For subscriptions, card details are stored securely by iyzico for renewal payments.

Purchases are made through the Platform’s web and desktop applications. Purchases are not offered in the mobile applications. If sales through mobile app stores are offered in the future, the terms of the relevant store will also apply to those sales.

At checkout the Buyer provides the following: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address, identity/tax number where required, and card details (via iyzico). Details on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

After the payment is completed successfully, the service is performed immediately: tokens are loaded into the Buyer’s wallet and/or the subscription is started. A transactional confirmation e-mail is sent to the Buyer after the purchase.

The subscription renewal fee is charged to the saved card at the start of each period. If the charge fails, it is retried for a few days. If it still fails, the account is moved to the free Standard plan. Token packs already purchased are not affected by this change.

5. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in the electronic environment and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Under Article 15(1)(h), there is also no right of withdrawal for services whose performance began with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period expired.

Token packs are loaded into the wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. The subscription service also starts immediately, with the Buyer’s approval, upon payment confirmation. These products therefore fall under the above exceptions. By approving this form, the Buyer declares that they request immediate performance of the service. The Buyer also declares that they know and accept that they therefore have no right of withdrawal.

Loopcode has no legal obligation to do so. Even so, it accepts in good faith refund requests for entirely unused token packs (no tokens spent) submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Details are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Complaints and Competent Authorities

The Buyer may submit requests and complaints regarding the purchase to the Seller. The support e-mail address info@loopcode.co may be used for this purpose.

Where the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, disputes arising from the contract may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees of the Buyer’s place of residence or of the place of transaction. Such applications are made within the monetary limits announced each year. Disputes above those limits may be brought before the Consumer Courts.

7. Other Provisions

This Preliminary Information Form contains the information required to be given before the contract is concluded under the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It takes effect together with the Distance Sales Agreement. All mutual rights and obligations regarding the purchase are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement. Matters not covered by this form are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Before confirming the purchase, the Buyer declares that they have read and reviewed this Preliminary Information Form and been informed of its content. The form includes the following: the Seller’s identity and contact details, the main characteristics of the service, the total price including taxes, the payment and performance method, the cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and the complaint authorities.
